Iron(III) pyrophosphate is an inorganic compound with the formula Fe₄(P₂O₇)₃. It appears as a yellowish-white powder, slightly soluble in water and acetic acid, soluble in inorganic acids, alkaline solutions, and citric acid, but insoluble in cold water. It is primarily used as a food additive, fortifier, synthetic fiber fire retardant, anti-corrosion pigment, and catalyst.
